Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins With a Dash of Cinnamon

I love to buy bananas so that I can watch them turn black and have a reason to make my world's famous Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins with a dash of Cinnamon! These muffins are dangerously addictive and are not healthy at all, but they are so good. When I make a batch of them I try to find people to give them away to, so my bottom won't outgrow my pants.

Please enjoy my world's famous recipe. You will thank me, but please be careful and try to have self control.

1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2- Mash up 3-4 black bananas in a bowl.

3- Mix the ingredients: 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, dash of salt, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of sugar,  1/3 cup melted butter
4- Add my SECRET ingredients- 1 tsp vanilla and a tbsp of ground cinnamon

5- After you mix the ingredients add as many chocolate chips as you want because you can and you deserve it! I normally mix around 1 - 1 1/2 cups.

6- Fill muffin cups halfway and bake for 23-30 minutes

7- When you smell the delicious aroma of chocolate and cinnamon and the muffins start to spring from the cup.. you will know they are done! When in doubt you can use the toothpick test that all mama's in America live by. Insert toothpick and if it comes out clean.. it's ready.

I hope you enjoy these, feel free to share this recipe, or pin this recipe for a later date. It's a guaranteed deliciousness in your belly!
