Sweet and salty are two mixes that I love and this recipe gives you that and more.
I seasoned my chicken tenders using garlic salt, pepper, a tad bit of regular salt, and this awesome Applewood Rub that I found in my spice cabinet. After I seasoned my chicken I wrapped each piece in bacon and then I coated each bacon wrapped chicken in brown sugar and placed them on the pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for around 30-40 minutes. If I were to do this again I would put a wire rack over the pan and place the wrapped chickens on the wire rack so the chicken did not cook in the bacon grease.
I hope you enjoy this deliciousness as much as my family did!
